Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, website, industry, advertising spend range, goals, and anything you send us through our forms, chat assistant, or while receiving services.

To deliver creative audits and services, respond to inquiries, schedule and remind you of calls, process payments, provide customer support, and send service and account notifications.

With your separate consent, to send you marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

What we send: If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, Viom Global Inc. (viom.ai) may send you SMS text messages about your requested AI audit, appointment reminders, strategy calls, project updates, customer support, account notifications, and promotional offers.

How we collect consent: SMS consent is collected only through a dedicated opt-in checkbox shown next to the mobile phone field on our forms (Free AI Audit, Strategy Call, Request a Callback, and Contact). The checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is optional, and it is never a condition of any purchase. We store the exact consent language, a consent text version, a timestamp, the page where you submitted, your phone number and email, and (where available) your IP address.

Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out (STOP): You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share or sell your SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example payment processing, scheduling, email, SMS delivery, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell your personal information.
