Refund Policy

Because we produce custom creative, the default remedy if something misses the brief is a revision within your package's revision rounds. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-produce to spec.

Once production has begun, fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before production starts, you receive a full refund.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current month is non-refundable once production for that month has started.

Please contact billing@viom.ai before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly through a revision or credit.
