Terms of Service

We provide AI-assisted UGC ad creative and related strategy services as described in our pricing packages. Specific deliverables, revisions, and timelines are defined by the package you purchase.

Each package defines the number of concepts, videos, hooks, revisions, and the delivery cadence. Work beyond the defined scope is billed separately and agreed in advance.

One-time packages are charged at purchase. Monthly plans auto-renew until cancelled and are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Upon full payment, you own the delivered creative for use in your advertising. We may show non-confidential samples of work for portfolio purposes unless you ask us in writing not to.

We guarantee the quality of the creative and the delivery cadence. We do NOT guarantee any specific ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, or other performance outcome, because results depend on your offer, product, pricing, landing page, and media buying, which are outside our control.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages as described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
